No information is shared with any 3rd parties. No information will be sold to 3rd parties. Any information is specifically handled by OKANILUNA & only to process the orders placed per customer. All orders are processed through a secure SSL. You can request to view & change any information that we have at anytime.
Any information used for astrology readings will not be shared with any 3rd parties. The informations will be used in communication with the client.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders, including:
Perishable products (like oils or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return -
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

There are NO refunds for ALL readings & spiritual consultations. If you miss your appointment you will receive and email to reschedule. If you do not give appropriate notice before or within 2 days of missing your appointment, you forfeited the appointment.
